I would highly recommend horizontal carpets, they have a huge selection of carpets and give you time to explore in the store at your leisure without pressure. I was particularly impressed that they were able to accommodate fitting before Christmas given I only ordered at the end of November. Fitters were also very professional and did a great job. Great customer service from Nasir and Prashant, I visited the shop to find the same carpet previously bought from Carpetright. They were able to find the same one, took measurements at my house the same day and within a week I had it all fitted. The fitters were great, professional and tidy. They did not damage my walls like a previous Carpetright fitters had done. Very pleased with the work. Would recommend and use them again in the future!

We chose a carpet at Horizontal Matters recently and they arranged the fitting which was quick, efficient and thoroughly done. We needed a cat resistant carpet as the previous one had been ripped up in places by the cats clawing at it. The new one has been down a few weeks and seems to be bearing up really well,. I have hardly needed to hoover it even! So thanks Horizontal Matters for the time and trouble taken to advise us properly. The carpet fitters were really helpful too. HM have been so great! When I arrived there I had been frustrated by a previous issue with flooring and a company that only saw problems. Horizontal Matters replaced a very old carpet in my spare room. There was also a gap between the floor and skirting board which they repaired as part of the fitting. The whole team were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely use them again.
